We want to inform you of an important matter regarding SEVIS records. Recently, SEVIS has begun terminating certain student records with the reason stated as: “Student has been identified with a criminal record.”
If you have had any encounters with law enforcement in the past, your SEVIS record may be subject to termination. Please be assured that we will notify any student whose record has been terminated as soon as we receive confirmation.
Due to heightened enforcement of F-1 student regulations, we strongly encourage all students to:
- Carefully review the rules and responsibilities associated with F-1 visa status
- Attend classes regularly
- Follow all school regulations
